User Settings

Users can register a new device for MFA verification.

1. Login to Britive.
2. Click Settings from the upper right user icon.
3. Click REGISTER to register any new device for MFA step-up verification. A Register your verification device page with a QR code is displayed.
4. Use any Authenticator app to scan the QR code. Enter the key manually if you are unable to scan the QR code.
5. Enter the OTP from the Authenticator app.
6. Click Verify. On successful verification, the device is registered and the user can not re-register the MFA. 

To change or delete this registered device, contact the administrator. You can register a new device only after the existing device is deleted by an administrator.
