Prerequisites

The following parameters are required as prerequisites for Britive-Oracle Cloud integration:

• OCID of the tenancy 

• Name of the tenant 

• OCID of the user 

• The private key of the SSL certificate associated with the user 

• The fingerprint of the SSL certificate associated with the user 

• Region 

• Name of the Identity Provider 

• SAML Metadata

• Client ID, required only if provisioning is enabled

• Client Secret, required only if provisioning is enabled

Prerequisites: Oracle Cloud Configurations

You need to perform the following configurations (that are part of the prerequisites) in Oracle Cloud:

• Getting the Tenancy ID for your Oracle Cloud tenant

• Creating a user in Oracle Cloud

• Creating a group for the user

• Creating a policy to manage privileges on users and groups

• Configuring Britive Identity Provider in Oracle Cloud

• Downloading OCI Federation Metadata

• Getting Client Credentials for Provisioning
