Get details of an application holding a profile reachable through a requestable tag

For the tag access request flow only. Authorized by the tagrequest.profile.view action, which is granted to every user while tag access requests are enabled. Use /api/apps/{id} for application administration and /api/profile-requests/apps/{id} for the application access request flow.
