    Follow the steps below to create a custom role in the GCDS.

    1. Log in to Google Cloud Directory Sync (GCDS).
    2. Click on Account->Admin roles.
    3. Click Create new role.
    4. Enter name as Britive API Role.
    5. Click CONTINUE.
    6. Select the following privileges under Admin API privileges:
      • Organization Units->Read
      • Users->Read
      • Groups->Read
      • Groups->Update
    7. Click CONTINUE.
    8. Click CREATE ROLE.
