Prerequisites

The onboarding prerequisites include getting the required accounts and accesses and performing specific configurations in Google Workspace, as explained in the following sections.

Britive needs a service account that provides access to connect to Google Workspace to read roles, users, and IAM policies. After creating an account, the following items are required:

• Google Workspace super administrator account

• Service account key file

Before onboarding a Google Workspace, you must perform the following steps:
