This section covers how to connect Britive to the external systems your organization already uses. It includes onboarding cloud platforms and applications (such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Okta, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Snowflake) under Applications, connecting external identity providers under Identity Providers, configuring ITSM and incident management tools under Advanced Settings, and setting up Slack or Teams notifications under ChatOps. Administrators can use this section when integrating a new system with Britive or maintaining an existing connection.
