Downloading OCI Federation Metadata

You need to download the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Federation metadata and use it while onboarding the Oracle Cloud application to Britive. This metadata is required to establish trust between OCI and Britive Identity Provider. This is an XML document that contains information about the OCI endpoint and certificate information.

Perform the following steps to download the OCI metadata from Oracle cloud:

1. Login to Oracle Cloud Console with administrator privileges. 
2. Click Identity & Security from the navigation menu.
3. Select Federation from the Identity section.
4. Click Download this document. The OCI Federation metadata is downloaded to your computer.

Save this information to use in the onboarding process described in the next section.
