You need to create and configure an incident management connection with Pagerduty in Britive. Britive needs the following Pagerduty parameter for configuration:
API Token of Pagerduty account
Creating Incident Management Connection in Britive
Log in to Britive.
Click on Admin -> Global Settings -> Incident Management.
Click Add Connection to add a new connection.
Enter the following on the Add Connection page:
Enter Name.
Enter Description (Optional).
Select PagerDuty as the type of connection from the drop-down list.
Enter the API Token of the PagerDuty account.
Click Test Connection. This tests the instance and credentials by invoking the required APIs.
Click Save.
Managing Incident Management Connections
You can manage each connection by editing or deleting it.
Log in to Britive.
Click on Admin -> Global Settings -> Incident Management.
A list of all connections is displayed. You can manage or delete a particular connection.
Select the connection and select any of the following actions:
Manage: You can edit/delete/validate a connection.
Delete: You can delete a connection. However, you cannot delete a connection if it is used in any of the applications/profiles/policies’ advanced settings. For more information about advanced settings, see Advanced Settings.
