True if the underlying profile is configured for exclusive (one-user-at-a-time) checkout. The flag is profile-level; lock enforcement is per (profile, resource).
True when an exclusive-checkout profile is currently held by another user on this specific resource. Computed per (profile, resource) — a hold on a different resource of the same profile does not lock this entry. While true, attempts to check out this (profile, resource) return HTTP 409.

ISO-8601 timestamp the exclusive checkout was acquired on this (profile, resource).
ISO-8601 timestamp at which the holder's current session on this (profile, resource) expires — i.e. when the exclusive lock is expected to be released and the entry becomes checkout-eligible again. Sourced from the active access expiration time.
