# Scanning Organizations

Perform the following steps in Britive for an organization scan in the management AWS account of the onboarded AWS Identity Center application:

1. After testing the onboarded AWS Identity Center application (as explained in the section [Onboarding an AWS Identity Center Application in Britive](/v1/docs/onboarding-an-aws-identity-center-application-in-britive)), select **Scan** from the **Settings** tab on the **Create Application** page. A Scan Submitted message is displayed.
2. The page refreshes and provides you with the details of the scan on the **Scans** page.
3. When the scan is complete, click the completed scan entry under the **Summary**column to view the **Scan Data Summary**.

The **Overview** page shows the detailed scan summary data.

The **Data** tab displays a detailed view of **Permissions**, **Groups,** and **Accounts** in the AWS account. Applications detected during scans also appear under the **Permissions** tab.
