# Reports

Britive provides a variety of reports to help administrators detect potential risks or issues or analyze usage. For example, a high-risk accounts/permissions report can help administrators to monitor and act accordingly for these accounts or permissions.

Britive provides the reports in the following categories:

- Accounts
- AI Identities
- Applications
- Permissions
- Profiles
- Resources
- Secrets
- Service Identities
- Tags
- Tokens
- Users

To view reports:

1. Log in to Britive with administrator privileges.
2. Click **System admin** -> **Reports**.
3. Reports are displayed either grouped in categories or in a list view. You can switch views by clicking the **Group View** or **List View** icons.
4. Click **Generate Report** to generate a particular report. For some reports, when you click the **Generate Report** icon, a pop-up appears asking if you want to replace the existing report. If you choose "yes," the report is generated in the background. You receive a notification once the report is ready. The notification bell icon changes to a generate report icon, and the export button becomes available, allowing you to download the report directly by clicking the **Export** icon.
5. Filter out the generated report data by providing a regular expression:
  1. Click on the Filter icon.
  2. Select any column from the drop-down list.
  3. Select the operator from the list.
  4. Enter the value.
  5. Click the Search icon. The filtered list of report data is displayed.
6. Click **Export Report** to download the report in CSV format.
