Britive needs the following Pagerduty parameter for configuration: - API Token of Pagerduty account ## Creating Incident Management Connection in Britive 1. Log in to Britive. 2. Click on **System admin** -> **Global Settings** -> **Incident Management**. 3. Click **Add Connection** to add a new connection. 4. Enter the following on the Add Connection page: 1. Enter **Name**. 2. Enter **Description** (Optional). 3. Select PagerDuty as the type of connection from the drop-down list. 4. Enter the API Token of the PagerDuty account. 5. Click **Test Connection**. This tests the instance and credentials by invoking the required APIs. 6. Click **Save**. ## Managing Incident Management Connections You can manage each connection by editing or deleting it. 1. Log in to Britive. 2. Click on **System admin** -> **Global Settings** -> **Incident Management**. 3. A list of all connections is displayed. You can manage or delete a particular connection. 4. Select the connection and select any of the following actions: - **Manage**: You can edit/delete/validate a connection. - **Delete**: You can delete a connection. However, you cannot delete a connection if it is used in any of the applications/profiles/policies’ advanced settings.
