A Britive profile defines access that a user needs for an onboarded application. An application administrator can create multiple profiles for each onboarded application once it is configured and scanned in Britive.
After the creation of the Britive profile, the user can check-out a profile to gain access as defined by the permissions in the profile. The user can check-in the checked-out Britive profiles manually or profiles are checked-in automatically after the expiration time defined in the profile.
Britive Access builder helps users request access to existing Britive profiles reducing overhead on administrators who create and manage Britive profiles. Users can also create their own profiles with available permissions.
- To manage Britive profiles, see Managing Britive Profiles.
- To configure the applications so that users can request access, see Access Builder Settings.
- To request access to profiles or create profiles, see Access Builder.
